
I worked with Joel in the season of 2015-16. In the pre-season, in the first assessments I felt some pain in the pubic region while doing some basic movements. I had the same symptoms during the training sessions.

When I started working out five years ago, my intention was to increase not only my muscle mass but also my cardio. Today I see that in addition, it gave me a bigger self-esteem and it increased my energy for my daily routine.

When I came to Portugal on holidays, in the end of August, I spoke to my friend Joel Fernandes about my physical condition and he told me that he would look into my case in that night and he would meet me the following day.

I first saw Joel in 2008 as I could barely move my neck. After just two sessions of physiotherapy, it was back to normal.
